State Fair Park Exposition Center, Inc. is a Wisconsin non-stock corporation organized and existing under
Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Corporation was formed in October 2000 to construct, own and operate the Wisconsin Exposition Center located on the grounds of State Fair Park.

State Fair Park Exposition Center, Inc. is exempt from all federal income tax under section 501 (A) of the
Internal Revenue Code as a non-profit organization described in section 501(c)(3) and exempt from
Wisconsin sales or use tax under sec. 77.54 (1) and (9a), Wisconsin Statutes.
